I have the pad and quill bifold leather wallet which is the original company. I compared the two and was very disappointed to see that the new burton goods is so cheaply made. The inserts are cheap fabric you would see in cheap wallets. The pad and quill wallet material is thicker and more leather on the inserts. I was sad when pad and quill went away and this new company started. You might be using the same design but way cheaper made. I basically went back to my old wallet until it completely rips apart then I would be forced to use the cheaper version.

Purchased this wallet as a replacement for a P&Q bifold wallet that served me well for many years. In today's day and age I find myself with more cards and such and a limited amount of cash. Holds all my cards with plenty of room for a bit of cash and any receipts I may acquire in my travels.

I had a Bellroy Card Pocket with a worn zipper, and finally ordered a new one only to discover that one of the inside pockets was made smaller and couldn’t hold any cards. I loved that wallet for its size so I could easily keep it in my front pocket. Well, this one is the same size, holds as much, has nicer leather and beautiful stitching, and feels premium. I’m going to feel proud to pull this one out of my pocket when paying for things. Thanks for the great design!
